What you pay for, the 14-day full refund, and the terms for using PicComet's photo tools.

What's free and what you pay for

Cropping, print sheets, converting, resizing and compressing are free. AI edits have a free preview; the HD result is paid:

• $1.49: One scene in HD: white background, all sizes, print layouts.
• $2.49: Every scene in HD for 24 hours.

There is no subscription and nothing renews. Your purchase is ready as soon as payment goes through and is listed in My purchases on the device you paid from.

Refunds

If a paid picture doesn't work for you for any reason, email [email protected] within 14 days of paying and we refund the full amount. Include the order details from My purchases or your payment receipt. Refunds go back to the card or account you paid with, in the currency you paid; your provider may take a few business days to show it.

If a payment went through but no HD picture was delivered, tell us and we fix it or refund it, whenever you notice.

Payments

Checkout is handled by our payment provider. We never see your card or wallet details. See Privacy for what we keep.

Your photos

Only use photos of yourself or of people who agreed to it. The photo and the results are yours; we don't claim any rights to them and don't use them for anything except making your picture.

Agency rules

We build each ID size from the agency's published rules and link the source, but the agency decides what it accepts. We are not affiliated with any government agency. Some agencies don't accept edited pictures; the requirements pages say which. Confirm with the agency before printing.

Limits

We keep the tools running as best we can but can't promise they are never down. Except where the law says otherwise, our responsibility for a purchase is limited to what you paid for it. Nothing here limits your rights as a consumer.

Changes and law

We may update these terms; the version on this page applies to purchases made while it is shown. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
